1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Solvyr's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of service
Solvyr provides accounts payable automation services including invoice processing, data extraction, statement reconciliation, and QuickBooks Online integration. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. User responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You must review and approve all invoices before they post to QuickBooks.
- You must maintain the security of your account credentials.
- You must have proper authorization to upload financial documents.
4. Billing and payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Limitation of liability
Solvyr provides tools to assist with invoice processing but does not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing processed data before posting. Solvyr is not liable for errors in posted data approved by the user.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access ends and your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
